With the holidays approaching we would
advise that if you are planning days out and holidays that you get your car
checked. If you haven’t got time for a full car check, ensure that you get the
engine bay levels and tyres checked. These are very important and if your
levels are running low this can have adverse effects on your car. What may seem
like a small issue can quickly escalate and become an almighty gremlin, which
will prove costly.
Before
you embark on your travels just pop down to your nearest KAM Servicing depot
and we will happily check and top up your levels. It is always better to be
safe than sorry and we are sure our customers feel the same.
Another
holiday favourite is dusting off the motor home and taking to new plains far
and wide. Here at KAM Servicing we are Class 7 MOT testers and we can take care
of all your motorhome needs. Our state of the art MOT ramps are designed to
carry out quality repairs and allow us to find and fix any faults that may lie

We would
like to inform all of our faithful readers of the great work of the homeless
charity The Canaan Trust. We have been long time sponsors of the Canaan Trust
and we donated as well as being involved in their many fundraisers.
This
year we were involved in their annual ‘Sleep Out’. Many have signed up for
the event which will saw volunteers sleep out on Market Square, Long Eaton on
Friday 19th April.
Our very
own Amazing Antony and Super Sara slept out as well as Benjamin Button
and we are looking for sponsors.
We hope
you will join us in sponsoring and donating to this great cause. The local 6 of
our KAM depots are stocked with buckets, which our generous customers will be
able to donate to.
As well
as this we have also created a website page for all those who can’t get down to
the depots. Just go to www.justgiving.com/kamservicing and
donate as little or as much as you can. The money raised will allow The Canaan
Trust to undertake their great work in helping to house and educate the
homeless in Erewash.
Here at
KAM we are big believers in investing within the community and so we feel
privileged to be such a big part of the community. Our family run business was
founded in Long Eaton and so with such strong ties we could not just sit back
and not act on this increasing problem.
Our boys
are out 7 days a week and have seen the problem of homelessness grown over the
years. That is why we have teamed up with Kevin Curtis from the Canaan Trust
and will be providing full use of our KAM vans.
Let’s
all help to put the problem of homelessness to bed this Easter!!
