"I would like to thank, and indeed congratulate Kam Servicing on the excellent service they provide to their customers.
Last week, after having dealings with three different garages, I rang Kam Servicing as a new customer, and explained the problems I was h...aving with my car. Working in the community means that I am heavily reliant on having a car, and most garages could not fix my car for two days and were rather pricey too! Som did his upmost to ensure that not only was my car to be fixed promptly, but also at a competitive price, and with a courtesy car until mine was repaired.
That day, I was directed to Sunny at Kam Services Long Eaton, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He waited for me to bring my car in, and showed me around the 2010 plate courtesy car I was to be given, 15 minutes prior to the garage closing for the day! I was expecting to not have my car back until 2 days afterwards (due to restrictions with my working hours), but was surprised to receive a phone call from Sunny before 11am the following day saying my car was fixed and ready to be collected!
Kam servicing not only repaired my car promptly, but also saved me up to £100 as quoted by other garages. In addition, they enabled me to attend my morning visits until my car was fixed, and offered excellent customer service.

I would strongly recommend them to all of my family, friends, and indeed anybody else having car problems like I was... I will certainly be taking my car there from now on for any repairs, mots, and servicing."
