hello dr Kev i have a problem with my exhaust i haven't been able to come down because i'm busy. can you pick my car up at your next available date. Thank you Fabio Tatlo
Hello Fabio well if you call visit our website and acquire the details for your local depot we would be more than happy to pick your car up. we would also dispatch you in one of our courtesy cars while we diagnose the problems that besiege your car. Hope this is helpful and we look forward to your visit.
I wonder if this is "too small a job" but........my son bought a 2000 (W) Clio 1.4i Sport with full service history (mainly) and it reecently had an interim service with an MOT when he got it. However, as an "old timer" I tried to look at the spark plugs to see their condition....and they are actually RUSTY and I can't get them out at all, they are stuck fast suggesting they must be well past their change date.
Would it be "too small a job" - given that you have the proper tools - to get them out and stick some new ones in so I know he's OK for motorway trips etc ? If so, is it something you could do on a "while you wait" basis ?
Hi Martin Thanks for your query. well it sounds like the spark plugs do indeed need to be changed and this can be arranged if you call your nearest depot. If you would like to visit the website and find which one is closest then the sooner we can fix the car. Don't worry about being an old timer we all want our kids to be safe and its better to be safe than sorry. I hope this is helpful and if you'd like to list your nearest depot then i can call the boys and let them know your coming. Thanks Dr Kev
